Description

A renowned candy manufacturer in Groningen is looking for Assistant Production Workers to support our confectionery production lines. We specialize in creating sweets with natural ingredients and apply high standards of hygiene and product safety.

In this role, you will assist skilled operators with ingredient preparation, monitor production machines, help in packaging finished products, and maintain cleanliness in production areas to comply with food safety guidelines.

The factory environment is regulated for hygiene and safety, with rotating shifts that may include early mornings and weekends. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

We offer contracts with competitive salaries starting from EUR 15.50 per hour, comprehensive onboarding, and pathways to permanent employment and skill enhancement.

Requirements

• Some experience in food production or factory environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English language skills
• Good physical condition for standing and manual tasks
• Availability for shift work including weekends
