Description

Work at our coffee production facility in Groningen, where we process and package premium coffee blends for cafés and retailers. Our focus is on quality, consistency, and sustainable sourcing.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with roasting operations, packaging coffee products, checking batch quality, labeling, and ensuring cleanliness of workstations and equipment.

The production area is slightly noisy and warm due to roasting activity, requiring standing and lifting bags of coffee beans up to 20 kg. Shifts are daytime with early start times.

Requirements

• Experience in food or beverage production helpful but not mandatory
• Physical fitness for standing and moderate lifting
• Basic English skills
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene rules
• Team player with good communication
• EU work authorization
• Willingness to work early mornings
