Description

Join a medium-sized bakery producing premium breads and confectionery for retail distribution in Groningen. Our bakery prides itself on artisanal quality combined with technical production standards.

Your key tasks include machine operation (dough shaping and proofing machines), quality control checks, coordinating packaging lines, and maintaining clean workstations. You will support junior staff and report production issues to supervisors.

Working conditions include a temperature-controlled industrial bakery environment with strict adherence to food safety protocols. Shifts include early mornings and occasional weekends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in bakery production or related food processing
• Familiarity with bakery machinery and hygiene standards
• Basic English communication

• Valid EU work permit
