Description

Seeking an Experienced Construction Site Helper to join our infrastructure construction projects in Groningen. This role focuses on assisting skilled tradesmen including electricians, plumbers, and welders by preparing materials, maintaining tools, and supporting installation works. The position is physically demanding with work conducted outdoors on roads, bridges, and public facilities. Safety compliance is critical. You should be comfortable working on uneven terrain and in varying weather. We provide all necessary safety gear and encourage continuous skill development through professional courses.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in construction helper roles
• Sound knowledge of safety standards on construction sites
• Ability to read simple technical drawings
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods
• Effective communication in English
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours
