An engineering consultancy in Groningen specializing in offshore wind farm projects is hiring an entry level structural engineer. The company is involved in design, analysis, and installation supervision of offshore structures.
Daily responsibilities include assisting with structural calculations, reviewing design specifications, supporting site inspections at port facilities, and liaising with contractors. You will work closely with experienced offshore and structural engineers learning about Dutch offshore regulations and safety standards.
The role requires onsite presence primarily at the office and occasional visits to ports and fabrication yards. Safety training is mandatory.
