Description

Our beverage production company in Groningen requires an experienced Packaging Line Leader to oversee assembly line operations and ensure timely, quality-filled beverage packaging. We supply major retailers across the Netherlands.

The role involves supervising line workers, scheduling production runs, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You will identify process improvements and coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams.

The work environment is fast-paced with strict adherence to food safety and quality regulations. Shift leadership may require occasional evening or weekend work.

We offer a senior-level salary starting at EUR 22.00 per hour, permanent contracts, leadership training, and comprehensive employee benefits aligned with Dutch labor laws.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in beverage or food packaging production
• Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and maintenance
• Good communication skills in English
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work shifts and occasional weekends
• Valid EU work permit
