An innovative greenhouse vegetable producer near Groningen is recruiting an experienced crop supervisor to oversee cultivation and harvesting teams. The farm grows a variety of vegetables including cucumbers, beans, and peppers under controlled conditions to supply retail and export customers.

As crop supervisor, you will coordinate daily tasks for planting, pruning, pest control, and harvesting while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will train and motivate workers, maintain crop records, and liaise with management on production goals.

The position requires strong leadership skills and horticultural knowledge. You will work both on the greenhouse floor and in office settings managing schedules and resources. Flexibility for extended work hours during busy seasons is required.
