Description

Our home goods retail store in Groningen seeks a part-time supervisor to support daily sales operations. We specialize in quality home decor, kitchenware, and furniture accessories with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The supervisor will manage part of the sales floor, coordinate team schedules, handle customer concerns, oversee stock replenishment, and support promotional execution. You will also assist in staff training and ensure compliance with store policies.

Expect to work afternoon and weekend shifts, standing for extended periods and occasionally assisting with heavier lifting tasks.

Requirements
