Description

Our Groningen-based beverage production company manufactures bottled soft drinks distributed across the Netherlands and Europe. We are searching for Production Assistants to join our packaging line team to ensure efficient, safe, and timely product packaging.

Daily tasks include preparing packaging materials, monitoring conveyor belts, assisting with filling and sealing machines, and performing quality checks on finished products. You will also maintain cleanliness around the production line and report any issues to supervisors.

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced with strict hygiene and safety protocols. Shifts are typically morning and afternoon schedules with occasional overtime during high-demand seasons.

We offer competitive pay starting at EUR 16.00 per hour, permanent employment, and training programs designed to support your professional growth within the beverage industry.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is an asset
• Basic understanding of assembly line operations
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions closely
• Physical capacity to stand and lift packaging materials
• Flexibility to work shifts including some overtime
• Valid EU work authorization
