Description

We are a Groningen-based fishery company focused on delivering premium seafood. We seek a motivated quality control assistant to support our quality assurance team in daily seafood inspections and documentation.

Your daily tasks include visually inspecting fresh and frozen fish products for quality and freshness, recording inspection results, assisting with sample collection for laboratory testing, and ensuring products comply with Dutch and EU quality standards. You will work closely with quality supervisors to maintain high product standards.

The position requires standing in cold processing areas and handling seafood products safely. Work hours are mostly daytime shifts in an onsite facility, with occasional overtime during peak processing periods.
