Description

We are searching for a shift leader to oversee meat production line operations at our Groningen plant. Our company values productivity, safety, and quality in every product we produce.

The shift leader will coordinate team members, monitor production targets, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and communicate with management regarding shift performance and issues.

The position requires full-time onsite availability for rotating shifts. Working conditions include refrigerated areas with mandatory protective gear. Leadership and effective communication are vital.

Salary ranges from EUR 19.00 to 23.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer paid holiday leave, legal employment terms, and opportunities for further leadership development.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in meat processing with leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
• Ability to manage teams and shifts
• Fluent English skills required
• Availability for shift work
• Valid Dutch work authorization
