Description

Our Groningen-based battery manufacturing plant produces rechargeable batteries utilized in automotive and consumer electronics sectors. We are committed to delivering high-quality products through continuous innovation and strict quality control.

As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for assembling battery components, operating machinery, inspecting battery cells for defects, and packaging completed units. You will work within a team to meet daily production quotas and comply with health and safety standards specific to battery manufacturing.

The factory operates in a cleanroom environment with appropriate protective gear provided. Working hours are structured in two shifts with flexibility required during peak production periods.

We offer competitive salaries starting at EUR 16.50 per hour, permanent contracts, opportunities for career progression, and a focus on workplace safety and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is beneficial
• Ability to work with precision and maintain concentration
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts including early mornings or late afternoons
• Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of safety procedures in battery handling is a plus
• Legal right to work in the EU
