Description

We are a high-tech electronics manufacturer focusing on complex assemblies used in medical and industrial equipment. Our Groningen facility is expanding and looking for Senior Assembly Technicians with advanced skills and technical certifications.

Your responsibilities include assembling sensitive electronic modules, performing detailed inspections, mentoring junior assemblers, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement process improvements. You will also assist in maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work is conducted in a cleanroom environment with emphasis on precision and safety. The role is full-time Monday to Friday with stable daytime schedules.

We offer competitive remuneration up to EUR 28.00 per hour depending on qualifications, permanent employment, and opportunities for technical career advancement.

Requirements

• 3+ years assembly experience in high-tech or medical electronics
• Relevant technical certifications or training
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and mentorship skills
• Proficient in English
• Ability to comply with cleanroom protocols
• Authorized to work in the EU
