Description

Our well-established meat production company in Groningen is seeking a senior production supervisor to oversee daily operations on the processing floor. The company prides itself on quality, safety, and sustainability in meat processing.

Daily duties include managing production schedules, coordinating team members, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, troubleshooting production issues, and reporting performance metrics to management. The role requires proactive leadership and problem-solving skills.

You will work full-time onsite in a refrigerated production facility with shift work requirements. We maintain a structured working environment with clear safety guidelines and provide full PPE for your protection.

Requirements

• 3+ years in meat production with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of meat processing techniques and safety standards

• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands
