Description

This candy manufacturing company in Groningen produces a variety of sweets distributed across Europe. Our highly automated production lines require skilled assembly workers to ensure smooth operations and top product quality.

Your daily duties will include operating confectionery production machines, assembling packaging components, conducting quality control inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the production area.

We provide a safe working environment adhering to strict food safety regulations. The position requires working in shifts covering early mornings and afternoons with weekend rotations to meet production demands.

We offer an hourly wage ranging from EUR 17.00 to EUR 20.00 depending on experience, with permanent contracts and internal advancement opportunities within the factory’s technical and supervisory teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in food production or confectionery assembly
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Good teamwork and communication skills in English
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends
• Physical ability to work standing for long shifts
• EU work authorization
