Our Groningen-based meat processing company seeks a skilled trimmer and quality controller to ensure the highest standards of product presentation and compliance. We serve diverse markets requiring consistent quality and appearance.

Daily responsibilities include trimming meat to remove excess fat and connective tissue, inspecting meat cuts for defects or inconsistencies, documenting quality control checks, and coordinating with production staff to adhere to quality guidelines.

You will work full-time onsite in chilled production rooms with strict hygiene protocols. The position requires standing for long periods and direct manual handling of meat products under regulated safety standards.

We offer a salary of EUR 18.00 to 20.00 per hour reflecting your skill level, paid vacations, safe working conditions, and a legally binding contract. The role provides a stable environment with opportunities to grow your expertise.
