Description

We are a dynamic construction company looking for a Skilled Construction Helper to support building projects in Groningen. Our company is known for precision and timely delivery of infrastructure projects. The helper will assist masons, carpenters, and electricians by preparing materials, mixing concrete, erecting scaffolding, and maintaining tools and equipment. You will work closely with the site supervisor to ensure smooth progress and adherence to safety standards. The position requires onsite physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods. We provide modern equipment and a positive working atmosphere. Regular shifts apply with some flexibility during peak workload periods.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in construction assisting roles
• Ability to mix and handle construction materials
• Knowledge of safe scaffolding assembly
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player attitude and reliability
