EL Organic Products Production Assistant in Haarlem - Entry Level

As an organic products production assistant, you will handle raw material preparation, assist in mixing and batching ingredients, monitor production lines for adherence to organic standards, and support packaging teams to ensure product quality.
The position requires working in a clean and temperature-controlled production area following strict hygiene and safety rules. The schedule is full-time with fixed day shifts from Monday to Friday.
We provide a friendly work environment with attention to employee health and development. Training on organic production standards and safety is included.
Requirements
• Basic experience in food production or factory work is a plus
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic English proficiency
• EU work authorization
