Description

A reputable hotel restaurant in Haarlem seeks an experienced kitchen helper to support meal preparation and kitchen cleanliness. The hotel serves both breakfast and dinner services to guests.

Your daily tasks include assisting chefs with ingredient preparation, managing stock rotation, cleaning kitchen and storage areas, washing dishes and kitchen tools, and supporting the team during busy periods.

The role requires evening and weekend shifts, with a high pace during meal services. Emphasis is placed on hygiene, efficiency, and good communication within the kitchen team.

We offer above minimum wage remuneration reflecting experience, paid training on hygiene standards, and a positive and professional work environment with regular feedback sessions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in kitchen or catering environment
• Good understanding of food hygiene regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting
• Fluent English communication
