Experienced Biscuit Factory Worker for Dough Preparation and Baking

Our well-established biscuit factory in Haarlem is seeking experienced workers to join our production line team. We take pride in crafting a variety of biscuits enjoyed by customers across Europe, maintaining quality and efficiency in every batch.

In this role, you will prepare dough mixtures, operate industrial ovens, monitor baking cycles, and ensure packaging quality is met. You will also assist with routine cleaning of machinery and respond promptly to production line stoppages.

The factory environment requires standing on hard floors for most of the shift, wearing appropriate safety gear, and working in temperature-controlled conditions. Shift work with early morning and afternoon hours is standard.
