Description

Our engineering company in Haarlem is hiring a Project Engineer specialized in HVAC system installation for commercial building projects. We oversee design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that comply with Dutch building codes and energy efficiency standards.

The Project Engineer will manage day-to-day engineering activities on-site, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, supervise installation teams, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, solving technical issues during construction, and maintaining project documentation.

Work is full-time onsite in Haarlem construction sites and company offices. This role demands good organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Regular communication with clients and internal teams is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Experience in HVAC project management or engineering (1-3 years)

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office and project management tools
• EU work authorization
