Description

As an IT Support Technician, your daily responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting users via phone and email, setting up computers and peripherals, and maintaining documentation of support requests. You will collaborate closely with senior IT staff to ensure smooth daily operations and help deploy new technology upgrades.

Working conditions include a standard 40-hour workweek onsite at our Haarlem office with occasional overtime during project rollouts. You will work in a modern office environment equipped with the latest technology and have access to ongoing technical training sessions.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for full-time shifts
• EU work authorization
