Description

A mid-size Haarlem restaurant is looking for a kitchen prep assistant to help the chefs with ingredient preparation, cleaning, and kitchen organization.

Daily tasks include washing and cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, washing dishes, sweeping floors, and assisting with stock management. Flexibility is needed to cover lunch and dinner shifts.

The environment is team-oriented and fast-moving, requiring good communication and physical stamina. Weekend work is part of the schedule.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or catering experience (preferred)
