Description

We are an engineering software firm in Haarlem developing customized industrial automation applications. Our solutions improve production efficiency and data analytics for manufacturing clients. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive development projects and mentor junior developers.

Daily work includes designing software architecture, writing and reviewing code for automation systems, integrating with PLCs and SCADA platforms, and collaborating closely with hardware engineers. You will ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry standards, and lead code quality and testing initiatives.

The role is full-time and onsite in Haarlem, requiring collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We use agile methodologies and emphasize continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Ability to work onsite in Haarlem full-time
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• EU work authorization
