Senior Meat Factory Production Supervisor Haarlem

Our meat processing factory in Haarlem is seeking a senior production supervisor with expertise in meat product manufacturing. We produce a wide range of high-quality meat products for retail and food service customers.

The supervisor role includes managing production teams, scheduling shifts, ensuring compliance with food safety and production standards, troubleshooting production issues, and liaising with quality assurance and maintenance departments. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

The work environment requires standing long hours in a cold production area and working closely with diverse teams. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Shift scheduling includes early and late shifts with emergency availability.
