Description

Work at a busy tourist information center in Haarlem assisting visitors with local product sales, tour bookings, and general tourist inquiries.

Your duties will include greeting visitors, providing information about Haarlem’s attractions, handling sales of souvenirs and tourist products, processing payments, restocking shelves, and keeping the sales area tidy.

The working environment is public-facing with steady foot traffic especially during holiday seasons. You will work in shifts including weekends and public holidays. Good communication and friendliness are essential in this customer service role.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic English fluency for communication with tourists
