Description

We are seeking a skilled construction assistant to support carpentry and masonry teams on various building projects in Helmond. Our company values craftsmanship and safety.

Your main responsibilities will include preparing and delivering materials to craftsmen, mixing mortar, assisting with formwork assembly, cleaning tools and work areas, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

This role involves physically demanding work, Monday to Friday, with occasional early starts. You will work on-site with a dedicated crew committed to delivering quality results.

We provide appropriate safety and work clothing, ongoing training, and a structured work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in construction assistant roles
• Familiarity with basic carpentry and masonry processes
• Good understanding of workplace safety
• Communication skills in English
• Valid EU working rights
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting
• Team-oriented and reliable
