Description

We are hiring a construction assistant with specific experience in roadworks and pavement installation. Located in Helmond, our company undertakes municipal infrastructure and road construction projects.

Daily duties include supporting paving teams, preparing base layers, assisting with heavy machinery operation under supervision, managing materials, and ensuring site safety. You will work closely with supervisors to maintain quality standards.

Working conditions include outdoor work in various weather conditions, Monday to Friday with standard hours and some flexibility for urgent tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in road construction assistance
• Knowledge of pavement and asphalt processes
