Description

Our client is a major confectionery producer seeking a senior packaging line coordinator to oversee candy packing operations in Helmond.

The role involves managing the packaging line workflow, training and supervising staff, ensuring packaging quality and efficiency, and troubleshooting machine issues. Strong leadership skills and manufacturing experience are required.

The working environment is fast-paced with shift work including evenings and weekends. Strict hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in packaging/production supervision
