Greenhouse Operative for Tomato & Pepper Cultivation in Helmond Region

Our agricultural enterprise near Helmond specializes in greenhouse cultivation of tomatoes and peppers. We are seeking greenhouse operatives to assist with crop management and harvesting in controlled climate conditions.

Responsibilities include monitoring plant development, assisting with pollination, pruning, checking for pests and diseases, harvesting ripe produce, and preparing tomatoes and peppers for packing. You will also be involved in maintaining greenhouse cleanliness and equipment.

Working conditions include standing for extended periods inside a warm greenhouse environment with moderate physical labor. The position is full-time with standard agricultural shift times.

We provide hands-on training, competitive wages depending on experience, and a contract compliant with Dutch labor laws.
