Description

Our family-run restaurant serving both hotel guests and local patrons is seeking a dependable mid-level kitchen assistant to improve kitchen operations and food preparation quality.

Daily duties include prepping ingredients, assisting chefs with cooking tasks, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting food safety controls.

You will be working in a close-knit kitchen team with shifts covering mornings and early evenings. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, with clear procedures and modern equipment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in kitchen assistant or related role
