EL Cookie Production Line Worker with Focus on Dough Preparation and Baking

Our Helmond cookie production plant manufactures a wide range of cookie varieties for retail distribution. We combine traditional recipes with modern baking technology to ensure quality and consistency.
Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating dough sheeters and cutters, overseeing baking ovens, and packaging final products. You will also participate in cleaning and maintenance routines to comply with hygiene standards.
The work environment includes production halls with controlled temperatures and shift work, including early mornings. Safety procedures and teamwork are fundamental to production success.
We offer a full-time contract with a competitive hourly wage, holiday pay, and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the company.
Requirements
• Ability to operate production machinery
• Basic math skills for ingredient measuring
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and standing shifts
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• Basic English language understanding
• EU work authorization
• Onsite availability in Helmond
