Description

A large hotel group’s catering department in Helmond is looking for a senior kitchen assistant to lead kitchen prep operations, support chefs, and ensure top quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include managing kitchen prep staff, overseeing ingredient preparation, maintaining inventory and stock rotation, supervising cleaning schedules, and assisting in menu execution.

The role requires leadership skills, experience with kitchen workflows, and the ability to maintain efficiency during busy periods.

Requirements

• Over 3 years’ experience in kitchen assistance or food prep
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
