Senior Food Production Supervisor for Bakery Operations Team in Helmond

Our large bakery production site in Helmond is looking for an experienced supervisor to lead and coordinate daily baking operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing bakery production schedules, overseeing staff training and performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining production quality controls, and liaising with supply chain and quality departments. You will monitor workflow and enforce hygiene and safety regulations.

The role involves direct supervision onsite with a typical 40-hour week and occasional extended shifts during peak demand periods. Strong leadership and communication skills combined with food production knowledge are essential.
