Our Hoofddorp logistics team supports a variety of retail clients by ensuring efficient inventory management and timely shipments.
As a Logistics Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse teams for order fulfillment, assisting with shipment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. You will communicate with suppliers and transport partners regularly.
This role is based onsite with office hours from 8:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday. The working environment combines office desk work and some warehouse floor checks.

Requirements
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with inventory software is advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• EU work authorization required
