Office Cleaning Team Leader for Daily Operations in Hoofddorp

We are seeking an office cleaning team leader to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple offices in Hoofddorp. This leadership role involves coordinating staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring high cleaning standards are met consistently.

Daily duties include assigning cleaning tasks, monitoring quality, providing training and guidance to team members, and acting as the main contact between clients and cleaning staff. You will also handle inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance oversight.

The role demands excellent communication skills in English, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be onsite with generally daytime working hours but flexibility is required.
