Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our retail distribution center based in Hoofddorp. The center processes large volumes of consumer goods daily.

In this leadership role, you will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate daily tasks including receiving, stock management, and order fulfillment, ensure compliance with safety standards, and liaise with logistics management to optimize operations.

The position involves hands-on work and administrative responsibilities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.

Requirements

• 3+ years warehouse experience including supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English required
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time
