Description

Our logistics center in Hoofddorp specializes in retail distribution, handling a variety of consumer goods for the Dutch market. We pride ourselves on efficient, accurate order processing and timely shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, your daily duties include selecting products from inventory according to order sheets, packing items securely for shipment, labeling packages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area. You will work closely with the team to meet daily shipment targets and perform quality checks.

The warehouse operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00. The environment is temperature-controlled and safety guidelines are strictly enforced. Protective equipment is provided as needed.

We offer stable full-time contracts, competitive hourly wages above the Dutch minimum, opportunities for overtime, and on-site facilities such as lockers and break rooms. Training will be provided on job-specific tasks and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
• Attention to detail during order picking and packing
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg safely
• EU work authorization
