Description

Established retail logistics company in Hoofddorp seeks a Senior Warehouse Inventory Specialist to lead inventory control activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Your daily work involves supervising inventory audits, coordinating stock replenishment, investigating discrepancies, managing data entry for stock movements, and reporting inventory status to management. You will guide junior warehouse staff on inventory best practices.

The role requires working onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 in an office and warehouse setting. Regular walking and physical checks in storage areas are part of your duties.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse or retail logistics
• Fluent English communication skills
• Competent in warehouse management software and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Leadership experience preferred
• Capable of physical work and standing for periods
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
