We are recruiting a Part-Time Office Administrator to assist with scheduling and document handling at a mid-sized company in Leiden. The organization values accuracy and effective communication within their office teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing appointment calendars, preparing and filing documents, assisting with correspondence, and supporting daily office operations.
The role requires approximately 24 hours per week onsite with flexible scheduling options during weekdays. The office is located in a central area accessible by bike and public transit.
The wage is between EUR 14.71 and EUR 15.75 per hour. We provide a friendly team environment and opportunities for skills development.
