Description

An established hotel in Leiden is looking for an Experienced Breakfast Chef Assistant to join our morning kitchen team. You will help prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to our guests.

Your tasks include cooking eggs, preparing pastries and hot drinks, restocking buffet items, and maintaining cleanliness of breakfast kitchen areas. Coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams is essential for smooth service.

Working early morning shifts from 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM, including weekends, you will be expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.

We offer an hourly wage of €18.00 to €19.50, paid Dutch holidays, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in breakfast kitchen or similar role
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Efficient and proactive work style
