Description

Join a supportive mental health care facility in Leiden providing compassionate care to clients facing psychological and emotional challenges. We seek a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist nursing staff in daily care and therapeutic activities.

Your role includes helping patients with hygiene and nutrition, monitoring mental and physical health status, supporting group therapies, and ensuring a safe and calm environment. You will contribute to patient comfort and wellbeing while following clinical guidelines closely.

You will work onsite in a multidisciplinary team environment during scheduled shifts with opportunities for continuous training in mental health care protocols.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certificate recognized in the EU
• Experience or interest in mental health nursing support
• Basic English proficiency, no Dutch required
• Good observational and reporting skills
• Ability to work empathetically under supervision
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
• Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands
