Our 4-star hotel in Leiden is searching for an experienced Hotel Assistant to provide excellent customer service at our front desk and assist with guest requests throughout their stay.
The role includes welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering inquiries, coordinating housekeeping schedules, and handling minor administrative tasks. You will act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure a pleasant experience.
Working conditions involve standing and computer use, with shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Good communication skills and professionalism are key.
We offer an hourly wage between €18.50 and €20.00, paid public holidays and vacation days, plus the chance to develop your career in a reputable hotel.
