Description

A respected textile factory in Leiden requires a helper to support machine operators and quality control inspectors in daily operations. The position includes assisting with raw material preparation, monitoring fabric quality, and maintaining order on production floors.

You will perform fabric inspections, document defects, and support machine operators by supplying materials and cleaning equipment.

The work environment is well-maintained with specific focus on safety and efficiency. Shifts run from 7 am to 3 pm with occasional overtime.

We provide entry-level wages with on-the-job training to help you develop expertise in textile manufacturing.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of textile production processes
• Good observation skills for quality control
• Physical stamina to work standing and walking
• Basic English reading and speaking skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
