We provide home care services to disabled clients in Leiden aiming to enhance their independence and daily living quality. We need compassionate Home Care Assistants to deliver personalized support within clients’ homes.
Your work involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and offering companionship. You will build trusting relationships to support clients’ physical and emotional needs effectively.
The job requires flexible working hours, including part-time options, to meet client schedules. You will work independently but with regular communication to our care coordinators.

Requirements
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills not necessary
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Patience and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable with a valid EU work permit
• Willingness to work flexible hours depending on client needs
• Basic first aid knowledge is a plus
