Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee fashion apparel logistics operations in our Leiden facility. The role includes managing a team responsible for sorting, hanging, packing, and dispatching clothing and accessories.

You will coordinate workflow, ensure adherence to quality standards, train new employees, monitor stock levels, and liaise with transport and inventory teams to optimize operations.

The work environment requires standing and walking, with some lifting of light to medium weight items. The schedule is Monday to Friday, primarily day shifts, with occasional peak season overtime.

Requirements

• 3+ years warehouse experience, including team supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
