Our textile manufacturing company based in Leiden is seeking an experienced machine operator to manage automated looms and fabric processing machines. We produce high-quality textile goods for fashion and upholstery markets.
Your primary tasks will include machine setup, monitoring production output, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will coordinate with the maintenance team to perform routine machine care and repairs.
The role requires standing for long intervals in a well-lit factory environment. Shifts follow a fixed schedule from 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour break. Strict adherence to safety protocols is essential.
