Warehouse Operative for Food Production Supply Chain in Leiden

Join a food production logistics center in Leiden that supports suppliers and retailers with the distribution of packaged and fresh food items. We emphasize hygiene, traceability, and timely delivery in compliance with food safety regulations.

Your role includes unloading delivery trucks, checking product conditions, sorting items by category and expiry dates, using forklifts for pallet movements, and packing customer orders carefully. You will also document stock movements using digital systems and help maintain clean warehouse conditions.

Working conditions require strict adherence to hygiene standards, including wearing protective uniforms and hairnets. Shifts are mostly morning and afternoon with occasional weekend rotations. You will perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 kg.
