Our vegetable farm close to Leiden is hiring seasonal workers for harvesting crops such as lettuce, spinach, and radishes. We follow sustainable farming practices and deliver fresh vegetables to local markets.
As a harvest laborer, you will pick vegetables by hand, sort crops for quality, pack into crates, and help maintain the cleanliness of the harvesting area. This physically demanding role requires reliability and teamwork.
Work takes place outdoors during the growing season, requiring work in various weather conditions. Personal protective equipment and safety orientation are provided. Shifts are full-time with some weekend work possible during peak periods.
