Description

We are recruiting a senior production supervisor to lead shifts in our cosmetics manufacturing plant in Leiden. The role requires overseeing production teams, ensuring product quality, and optimizing operational efficiency.

You will manage daily production schedules, coordinate with maintenance and quality control, implement safety procedures, and mentor junior operators. Reporting production metrics to management is also key.

The position demands strong leadership in a fast-paced, hygiene-critical environment with shifts from early morning to late afternoon. Compliance with GMP is mandatory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven shift supervisory or management experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of GMP and safety standards
